    About this template

    A workout-balance radar shows whether your training programme covers what your body actually needs: push, pull, legs, cardio and mobility. Most self-directed lifters end up with a spike on push (everyone trains chest) and a hole on pull and mobility, which is exactly the recipe for the injuries that end training cycles. Plot a week's worth of work on the radar and the imbalance is obvious in seconds.
