About this template
Small group health is hard to talk about because it's usually reduced to attendance. This chart widens it to six measures — attendance, preparation, discussion, prayer life, application and care for others — so a group can see the difference between showing up and actually growing. The most useful pattern is to score the group at the start of a term and again at the end, then overlay the two. Many groups discover strong attendance and discussion with weak preparation and application, which is a very fixable problem once it's visible. Leaders can also chart two different groups side by side to see which rhythms travel and which depend on the leader.
