About this template
A spiritual growth wheel turns a discipleship conversation into something concrete. Instead of asking 'how are you doing spiritually?' — a question almost nobody answers usefully — you score six rhythms: prayer, scripture study, worship, community, service and evangelism. The shape shows where life is currently full and where it's thin, without turning it into a pass/fail test. It works for personal reflection, one-on-one discipleship, small group check-ins and mentoring. The most useful version is two outlines: where you are today, and where you'd like to be in six months. The gap between them is your plan. Everything runs in your browser, so a private self-assessment stays private.
