About this template
Acts 2:42–47 describes a church devoted to teaching, fellowship, worship, prayer, outreach, discipleship and generosity. Scoring a ministry against those seven marks gives elders and ministry leaders a shared picture that isn't just attendance and giving numbers. The chart is most valuable in a review meeting: have each leader score independently, overlay the results, and spend the time on the axes where you disagree rather than the ones you agree about. You can also chart individual ministries — youth, worship, outreach — as separate items to see which marks the church covers well overall and which are quietly nobody's responsibility.
